Information we collect
Information you give us. When you submit an inquiry or register your interest, we collect your name, email address, and phone number, along with anything else you choose to share about what you are looking for. Please do not include sensitive details such as government identifiers or financial account numbers in your message.
Information collected automatically. We and our analytics providers record technical details such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, and how you arrived, including campaign tags (UTM parameters) and referring links. We use this to understand traffic and improve the site.
Cookies and tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies for website analytics and, with your consent, marketing measurement. When you first visit, a banner lets you accept or decline marketing cookies. If you move forward with a reservation or purchase, we also share what is needed with the developer and the professionals who handle your transaction.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry information for as long as we need it to work with you and to keep accurate business records, then delete or anonymize it. Analytics data is retained for limited periods configured in those tools.
Your rights
Subject to legal and recordkeeping requirements, and once we have verified your identity, you can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to stop contacting you. To make a request, email inquiries@setairealty.net and we will respond within a reasonable time.
